Pupils, College and University Students – God Will See You Through

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you” Says Yahweh “Thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11

I feel led today to encourage pupils and students. Myself being a pupil once and a student, I know that school is quite a challenge and learning is painful. As I look back at the many tests, quizzes, term papers, late nights, and fatigue, all I can say is thank God for Jesus! I made it! If God helped that someone you admire to have completed secondary school with flying colors, or have diploma, degree, masters, or PhD. He can do the same for you.

It’s the will of God that you prosper, and if God opened the door for you to get educated, know that He is more than able to see you through. God will make you stronger in times when you feel weak; His Word will give you hope when you feel like just giving up. GIVING UP IS NOT A CHOICE AT ALL! You must persevere regardless of how rough it gets. I know it’s not easy at times and especially as finals approach – the pressure and the stress and the deadlines – but God is faithful.

Draw your strength from the Lord. God has great plans for you, he wants you to succeed and prosper.

You must believe that with God all things are possible. You must believe that it’s the will of God that you be successful. You must find time to pray and really commune with God in the midst of your hectic school timetable. You see, God gives divine directions, and the only way you’ll know what He’s saying is by spending time in His presence. You cannot make it on your own. You cannot afford to pursue this goal in your own strength. You need the Lord every step of the journey.

Without God you can do nothing.  God wants you to succeed. The challenges before you may be many, but know that if you trust God and ask for His divine wisdom and seek to be led by His Holy Spirit, you’ll come through with excellence. Maybe you’re failing a course or not doing well in a subject as you hoped. This is an opportunity to believe God for excellence on your final exam. I have seen God do so many miraculous things! I am encouraging you to trust God because I know what God can do. The things He did for me, He can do for you also.

Take one step at a time and one day at a time. I know that maybe you’re not able to spend enough time with the Lord that you’d like, but its quality time that counts. God is so good that you don’t have to be on your knees or alone to talk to Him. You can talk to Him anywhere, anytime during the day and night. If you feel frustrated and tired, take a break and really talk to God about it. Allow God to renew your strength and to give you the peace that you need. It’s not the will of God for you to fail. He wants you to prosper and to come forth with excellence. You’re His child and He wants the best for you.

Be encouraged today, my friends. God has made a way for you. Nothing good comes easy, and challenges always come before victory. Don’t give up and don’t give in; God is on your side. God will see you through. As a student you may be trying to pursue your degree in the midst of balancing your family and church life that increases the pressure.

God is faithful and He says that whatever you put your hands to will prosper. Take time out and ask God to fill you with His divine wisdom and to bring to your remembrance the things that you study. If you’re working on research papers, pray over your drafts, bring the topics before the Lord and ask Him to direct you to the material that you need. God says to acknowledge Him in all our ways. Sometimes we think certain things are too simple to pray about, but “all our ways” means all our ways!

If the Lord leads you to anoint your hands with oil, do so. Be obedient. Lift your hands to the Lord and remind God what He says in His word about the prosperity of your hands. Clothe yourself in the armor of the Lord. When you pray, bind negative words spoken against you and your pursuit of your degree or sucess. Not everyone will celebrate your victory.

Search out scriptures about success and prosperity, and say them daily. Mean them and believe them. Get the Word of God into your spirit. If you believe you’ll fail, you’re already defeated. You must do your best and believe God all the way down to the very end.
Pray before you begin every exam. Ask God to help you come through with excellence. Ask God to bring back to your remembrance all that you have studied. When you meet something you don’t think you know, consult the Holy Spirit; ask Him how to answer and what to write or which one to circle if its multiple choice. God is faithful. God is more than able. Trust God now, more than you have ever trusted God before.

Hope in the Lord, university students, college students, and school pupils. God wants you to succeed and I want you to succeed also. God bless you in your endeavors! PEACE
